Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Prepare and package outgoing products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or defects and report discrepancies.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, with current certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to perform basic data entry and inventory analysis
• Experience with hazardous material handling and documentation
