Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage equipment and materials according to production schedules.
• Perform mechanical and electrical setup of machinery and workstations.
• Verify machine calibration and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and obtain approval before full production runs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
• Document setup parameters and procedures for future reference.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting or HMI interfaces.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., electronics, robotics).
• Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical or electrical schematics.
