Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure product standards.
• Manage shop floor personnel, including training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Optimize workflow processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Track and report on key production metrics, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with supply chain and engineering departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of skilled technicians.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
