Salary Range: $59,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Paw Paw that are seeking Quoting Specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and submit quotes for manufactured goods.
• Analyze customer specifications and blueprints to determine material and labor costs.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure quote accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain and update pricing databases and quoting tools.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure orders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternative solutions to optimize profitability.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes and product information in a timely manner.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a quoting or estimating role within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cost calculations.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and quoting software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
