Salary Range: $56,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on specifications and pricing models.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to gather necessary information for quotes.
• Analyze customer requests, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project scope and material requirements.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring all costs and markups are current.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding quote details, revisions, and follow-up inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings or alternative solutions to enhance quote competitiveness.
• Review and verify all quote details for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards before submission.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
