Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Full cycle recruitment for a diverse range of manufacturing roles, from entry-level to leadership.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including industry events and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from skilled trades to engineering and management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the technical skills required for various roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry; able to optimize workflows and generate custom reports.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to talent acquisition.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or specialized recruiting areas.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with technical schools, trade organizations, and community colleges.
