Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Newaygo that are seeking Process Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design, implement, and validate new processes or modifications to existing ones.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, CHEMCAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques (e.g., DOE, regression analysis).
