Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including performance reviews and training.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies for cost reduction and waste minimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D for new product introduction and process improvements.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and meeting production targets.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems implementation or optimization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions).
