Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans, including staffing, material requirements, and resource allocation.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality management systems.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain, engineering, and quality, to optimize production flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems (e.g., MRP/ERP).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
