Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Traverse City that are seeking Production Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line employees.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring a team
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in using ERP/MES systems for production planning and control
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
