Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules and resource allocation plans.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a production leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to manage production schedules, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and performance metric tracking
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau)
• Experience implementing or optimizing automation technologies
