Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the final inspection and packaging of manufactured goods.
• Manage and train a team of finishing technicians.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Schedule and prioritize finishing tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finishing processes or equipment.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols within the finishing department.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in finishing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of various finishing processes, materials, and equipment (e.g., painting, powder coating, polishing, deburring).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to production, quality, and personnel.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members, management, and other departments.
