Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule for all manufactured products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure alignment on production plans and customer delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials, adjusting schedules to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Analyze production capacity and resource availability, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate, track, and update production orders and material requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes and forecast accuracy.
• Communicate schedule changes and their impact to relevant stakeholders across the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in production planning or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and supply chain principles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
