Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hudsonville that are seeking Master Schedulers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align MPS with forecasts and capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust the MPS to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Analyze production performance and identify areas for schedule improvement and efficiency.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage scheduling parameters and track production progress.
• Mitigate scheduling conflicts and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Generate reports and communicate schedule performance and potential risks to stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and optimize production resources.
