Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain teams to align production plans with business forecasts and inventory targets.
• Analyze production capacity and material availability, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or supply chain disruptions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling effectiveness, such as on-time delivery and schedule adherence, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Utilize advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software and other tools to create and manage detailed production schedules.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review production plans, discuss challenges, and ensure alignment across departments.
• Continuously improve scheduling processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
