Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures on production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery according to schedules.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Identify and order necessary parts and supplies for repairs and maintenance.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, power trains)
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
