Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align MPS with forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor production performance against the MPS, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze demand patterns, inventory levels, and production capacities to inform scheduling decisions.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools for schedule generation and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review schedule performance and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling processes and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in production planning or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and supply chain principles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
