Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Lansing seeking Mechanics who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
• Repair and replace defective parts and components.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
