Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
• Implement and sustain Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, SMED) to optimize production.
• Conduct value stream mapping to identify waste and bottlenecks.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles for manufacturing teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization projects.
• Design and optimize manufacturing layouts and material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in a specific manufacturing process (e.g., machining, assembly, fabrication)
