Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate contracts with freight carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for logistics and inventory management
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to logistics operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is a plus

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven logistics optimization tools.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global supply chains (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, German).
