Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking Lean Manufacturing Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Implement and sustain Lean tools and principles across production lines to optimize flow and reduce lead times.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean manufacturing concepts to production teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize work, improve quality, and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives and process improvements.
• Lead problem-solving efforts using structured methodologies (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED) in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of an organization.
