Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing software and hardware.
- Resolve IT issues related to production machinery and control systems.
- Document, track, and monitor IT incidents and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on shop floor IT equipment.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals in production areas.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or external vendors.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) or manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise technical support.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools for ticketing and incident management.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with SCADA systems or other industrial control systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software in a manufacturing context
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments
- Experience supporting specialized manufacturing software (e.g., CAD/CAM, PLM)
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Network+ with a focus on manufacturing applications
