Salary Range: $129,000 - $180,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business growth.
• Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all manufacturing functions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with sales and R&D to align production with market demands and new product development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of achieving production targets and optimizing operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop budgets, and drive financial performance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership and stakeholder engagement

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of successful change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-potential employees.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the company's global operations.
