Salary Range: $50,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and pursue new sales opportunities via phone and email.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.

- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical product information
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems specific to manufacturing (e.g., Epicor, SAP).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their impact on sales processes.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or product lifecycles.
- Experience with product configurators or quoting software.
