Salary Range: $47,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with outside sales to support their territory and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver product quotes and proposals to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and sales pipelines.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and product knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
- Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Technical aptitude or experience selling complex, engineered products.
- Prior experience working with a distribution channel or manufacturing representatives.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes or industry terminology.
