Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Portage that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts to drive repeat business.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and lead follow-up.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales quotes and proposals, negotiating terms to close deals.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes or industrial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems specific to manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
  • Experience selling technical products or solutions.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain dynamics.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or account management role within the manufacturing sector.
