Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Allegan seeking IT Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support manufacturing efficiency and growth.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementation, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and data within the manufacturing environment.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on IT systems and applications.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware, software, and services.
• Ensure IT compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and their implementation/management in a manufacturing context.
• Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) systems, industrial control systems (ICS), and their integration with IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and teams, with a focus on supporting production and operational efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, ML) in a manufacturing context.
• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
• Certifications in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with manufacturing operations teams and vendors.
