Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including virtualized environments and physical servers.
• Administer network devices, firewalls, and VPN connections to ensure secure and reliable plant operations.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including endpoint protection, intrusion detection, and access controls.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across manufacturing sites.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness plans to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support and integrate manufacturing specific software and systems (e.g., MES, SCADA).

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in an OT environment.
• Certifications in relevant industrial automation technologies (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
