Salary Range: $65,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and control system issues on production lines, implementing effective solutions.
- Design and implement control system architecture, including hardware selection, network configuration, and safety integration.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to define control system requirements and project specifications.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, control system designs, and operational procedures.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of control systems to ensure functionality, safety, and adherence to performance standards.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on PLC programming, HMI operation, and control system troubleshooting.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell Logix) in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
