Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in St. Johns that are seeking HR Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention for a diverse workforce.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Lead training and development initiatives for factory and office staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations specific to manufacturing.
  • Proven experience with talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation in a blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with operational goals and drive productivity.

Bonus Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP certification
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage an HRIS system
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce
  • Experience in labor relations, including union avoidance or collective bargaining
