Salary Range: $84,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Wyoming region seeking IATF Quality Engineers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain IATF 16949 compliant quality management systems.
• Lead and participate in internal and external IATF 16949 audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through analysis of quality data and processes.
• Facilitate APQP activities, including PPAP submissions and control plan development.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing robust corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction and process validation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in IATF 16949 standards and their practical application.
• Strong knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Demonstrated ability to lead problem-solving initiatives using methodologies like 8D or A3.
• ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) are a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with AIAG Core Tools beyond the basics (e.g., advanced SPC, MSA studies)
• Proficiency in a statistical software package (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R)
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Experience with ISO 26262 (Road vehicles - Functional safety)
