Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for diverse manufacturing roles.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and safety regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing staff.
- Manage performance management processes and employee development plans.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS utilization.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and worker's compensation processes specific to manufacturing.
Bonus Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage an HRIS system
- Background in labor relations within a unionized manufacturing environment
