Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Industrial Electricians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts.
• Conduct preventative maintenance programs and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and electrical codes while performing duties.
• Perform calibrations and tune equipment to optimize performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for PLCs, motor controls, and industrial machinery.
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and HMI systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) for troubleshooting and minor programming modifications.
• Arc Flash safety training and experience with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Certification or demonstrated experience with robotics maintenance (e.g., FANUC, ABB).
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance software (CMMS) and digital work order systems.
• Ability to interpret and update electrical schematics and blueprints using CAD software.
