Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise a team of fabricators, fostering skill development and a safe working environment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide fabrication processes.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs for fabrication equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize fabrication methods and improve product design.
• Manage material inventory, ensuring availability of necessary components and minimizing waste.
• Troubleshoot complex fabrication issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production flow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the fabrication department.
