Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and commission new machinery and equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working on customer premises and with machinery.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Mechatronics) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery (e.g., PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel extensively (e.g., 75% or more).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment analysis and repair.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and documentation
• Ability to perform basic soldering and circuit board repair
