Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Manistee that are seeking skilled Operations Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.
• Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to meet production demands.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of production supervisors and staff.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
