Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
  • Design and integrate HMI applications for operator interface and control.
  • Perform electrical schematic review and provide input for control panel design.
  • Conduct factory and site acceptance testing of control systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell) and HMIs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet), and safety standards.
  • Experience with robotic systems, vision systems, and SCADA integration.
