Maintenance Manager | Muskegon, MI

Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Muskegon that are seeking skilled Maintenance Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the maintenance department.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP or other relevant maintenance certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
