Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming
• Certification in a relevant skilled trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC, welding)
• Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodology training
