Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Jenison that are seeking Maintenance Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain a robust computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking assets, work orders, and spare parts.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues, optimize performance, and support new equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies related to maintenance operations.
• Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and spare parts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment
• CMRP or CRL certification preferred
• Proven expertise in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix) and predictive maintenance technologies
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and environmental compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of maintenance technicians

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation and optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for maintenance performance tracking
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages for the local workforce
