Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

We are partnering with organizations in Hudsonville that are seeking Maintenance Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct facility maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new production machinery.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting
• Certification in a skilled trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC, welding)
• Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
