Salary Range: $53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Byron Center seeking Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols for the office environment.
- Administer new hire onboarding paperwork and manage employee records for office staff.
- Support internal communications and organize company events for the manufacturing site.
- Handle visitor reception and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and packages.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or other manufacturing software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a focus on supporting cross-functional teams.
- Experience with facility management, vendor relations, and procurement processes.
