Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Manistee that are seeking skilled Office Managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
  • Manage reception, mail distribution, and general administrative support for the facility.

  • Administer new hire onboarding paperwork and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and safety protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or reporting.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and record-keeping.
  • Ability to coordinate small-scale events or team-building activities for factory staff.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships for office and breakroom supplies in a high-usage environment.
