- Partner with the Director of Operations to structure competitive project estimates and proposals.
- Ensure seamless handoff of new clients to internal teams while maintaining ongoing engagement.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records to ensure commission eligibility.
- Work independently while aligning with company goals and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and manage the sales cycle independently.
- Experience with commission-based or performance-driven sales structures preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor with a flexible, self-motivated approach.
