Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met.
• Train and mentor production associates on processes and safety procedures.
• Monitor quality control to maintain product standards.
• Schedule and assign tasks to the production team.
• Address and resolve immediate production issues and bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Report on production performance and key metrics to management.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
