Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to finished product delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities within the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce lead times, and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, supply chain) to achieve value stream goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to value stream efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Manage resources and capacity planning to meet customer demand and production schedules.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and employee engagement within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production planning.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
• - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles beyond the immediate value stream
• - Proven track record of developing and mentoring cross-functional teams
