Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and optimize maintenance strategies, including PM, PdM, and CBM programs.
• Implement and manage reliability improvement projects to enhance asset uptime and performance.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and drive improvements.
• Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points in new and existing assets.
• Develop and maintain critical spare parts strategies to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on maintenance and reliability engineering.
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Proficiency with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonics) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for predictive modeling and analytics.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific simulation software for reliability modeling or failure analysis.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Asset Management Professional (CAMP) certification.
