Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Standard Work, SMED, and visual management.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
• Develop and deliver Lean training programs to all levels of the organization.
• Drive waste reduction across all manufacturing operations (e.g., overproduction, waiting, defects).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Deep understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM).
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies and leading cultural transformation.
• Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for process modeling.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.
• Experience applying Lean principles in an Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing environment.
