Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Standard Work, SMED, and visual management.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
- Develop and deliver Lean training programs to all levels of the organization.
- Drive waste reduction across all manufacturing operations (e.g., overproduction, waiting, defects).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve operational excellence.
Recommended Qualifications
- Deep understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM).
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience with change management methodologies and leading cultural transformation.
- Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for process modeling.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.
- Experience applying Lean principles in an Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing environment.
