Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, carrier selection, and freight negotiation.
• Supervise warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Implement and monitor logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, customs, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in inventory management, warehouse optimization, and transportation planning, including proficiency with ERP and WMS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a logistics team, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies to logistics processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Advanced proficiency with a major ERP/WMS system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) for configuration or optimization.
• Experience with international shipping regulations and customs compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
