Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, define, and prioritize critical business problems and opportunities within manufacturing operations.
• Design, execute, and manage complex Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and DMADV frameworks to drive significant improvements.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase process capability.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication to ensure project success and buy-in.
• Train and coach stakeholders on Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Monitor and measure the performance of implemented solutions and ensure long-term sustainment of gains.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process improvement.
• Extensive experience in DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) or DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify) methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team facilitation skills to guide cross-functional project teams.
• Expertise in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving frameworks.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and Lean principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python for data analysis).
• - Proven ability to lead and mentor Green Belts on complex projects.
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma.
